BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems in Nashua, New Hampshire has been awarded a $66 million contract modification for radio frequency countermeasures for the Navy, Air Force and Foreign Military Sales customer fighter aircraft.

The work will be done in Nashua and is expected to be finished in March 2026.

The contract includes funding from the Air Force ($25.3 million), Navy and Marine Corps ($17.4 million), Air Force ($7.5 million), and Foreign Military Sales ($15.6 million).

The contract award notice is as follows:

“BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems, Nashua, New Hampshire, is awarded a $66 million firm-fixed-price modification (P00009) to a previously awarded contract (N0001919C0001). This modification exercises an option to procure radio frequency countermeasures in support of the Navy, Air Force, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer fighter aircraft.

Work will be performed in Nashua, New Hampshire, and is expected to be completed in March 2026. Fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement (Air Force) in the amount of $25.3 million; fiscal 2023 procurement of ammunition (Navy and Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $17.4 million; fiscal 2021 aircraft procurement (Air Force) in the amount of $7.5 million; and FMS funds in the amount of $15.6 million will be obligated at time of award, $7.5 million of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.”

The contract was awarded by the Naval Systems Command in Patuxent River, Maryland.
